Description

Sporidex-CV 750 Tablet ER is an antibiotic medicine used to treat bacterial infections in your body. It kills bacteria, which helps to improve your symptoms and cure the infection. Sporidex-CV 750 Tablet ER may be taken with or without food. You should take it regularly at evenly spaced intervals as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. Taking it at the same time every day will help you to remember to take it. This medicine usually makes you feel better within a few days, but you should continue taking it as prescribed even when you feel better to make sure that all the infectious bacteria are killed and do not become resistant.

Sporidex-CV 750 Tablet ER is a combination of two medicine: Cefalexin and Clavulanic Acid. Cefalexin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from forming the bacterial protective covering (cell wall) which is needed for them to survive. Clavulanic Acid is a beta-lactamase inhibitor. It works by blocking an enzyme (beta lactamase) produced by bacteria to inactivate antibiotics. This reduces resistance and enhances the activity of antibiotics against bacteria.
