Cetirizine is an antiallergic which blocks histamine (a chemical messenger) to relieve allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. - Kidney : CAUTION - Webflu Plus 5mg/500mg/5mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Webflu Plus 5mg/500mg/5mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. May cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease. - Liver : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Webflu Plus 5mg/500mg/5mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Webflu Plus 5mg/500mg/5mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
