- Kidney : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Accworm Oral Suspension is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Accworm Oral Suspension may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor. No dose adjustments required in kidney disease. - Liver : CAUTION - Accworm Oral Suspension should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Accworm Oral Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Accworm Oral Suspension may cause elevated levels of enzymes in the liver. Monitoring of liver function tests (LFT) and complete blood count (CBC) is recommended while your child is taking this medicine.
