Diclo PM Tablet is a combination medicine that helps in relieving muscular pain. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain, inflammation, and fever. This improves the movement of muscles and provides relief from pain and discomfort. Diclo PM Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. Benefits

Diclo PM Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Paracetamol, Diclofenac, and Methocarbamol. Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer) and Diclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID).
