- Kidney : CAUTION - Nimtec P 50mg/125mg Oral Suspension should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Nimtec P 50mg/125mg Oral Suspension may be needed. However, the use of Nimtec P 50mg/125mg Oral Suspension is not recommended in children with severe kidney disease. - Liver : CAUTION - Nimtec P 50mg/125mg Oral Suspension should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Nimtec P 50mg/125mg Oral Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Discuss with your doctor thoroughly before giving Nimtec P 50mg/125mg Oral Suspension to your child. Regular monitoring of Liver Function Tests (LFT) is recommended while your child is taking this medicine.
