Sprot Plus 400 mg/500 mg/100 mg Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of diarrhea. It kills diarrhea-causing bacteria. Sprot Plus 400 mg/500 mg/100 mg Tablet is taken with food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. Diloxanide is a luminal amoebicide which acts inside the intestines to kill the infection-causing microorganisms (amoeba).
