Spasmolar Tablet is a combination medicine used for the treatment of irritable bowel disease. It prevents the sudden spasm of muscles to relieve stomach pain and cramps. This medicine also promotes easy passage of gas to reduce stomach discomfort. Spasmolar Tablet should be taken by mouth with food. Follow the prescription strictly take it in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Finish the full course of treatment. In case you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. Dizziness and dry mouth are the two common side effects of this medicine. To overcome this, drink plenty of fluids. Breastfeeding women should not take this medicine. Consult your doctor if you find any of the side effects troublesome.

Continue taking it for as long as the doctor may advise you to. Take a fiber-rich diet, avoid oily or spicy food and drink plenty of fluids while taking it to make sure you stay hydrated.

How to use
Spasmolar Tablet is a combination of four medicines: dicyclomine, clidinium, dimethicone and paracetamol. Dicyclomine and clidinium are antispasmodics which work by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). They stop sudden muscle contractions (spasms). By doing this, they relieve cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Dimethicone is as an anti-foaming agent. It breaks down the gas bubbles inside the stomach and allows easy passage of the gas. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever and pain.
