Use of Tempxan M Oral Drops is not recommended in children with severe kidney disease. - Liver : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Tempxan M Oral Drops is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Tempxan M Oral Drops is recommended. Regular monitoring of the liver by getting liver function tests (LFT) is recommended if your child is taking Tempxan M Oral Drops for a long time.
