Ivermectin works by binding to muscle and nerve cells of worms causing their paralysis and death. Albendazole works by keeping the worms from absorbing sugar (glucose), so that they lose energy and die. This treats your infection effectively.

- Kidney : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Vermcure 6mg/400mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Vermcure 6mg/400mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor. - Liver : CAUTION - Vermcure 6mg/400mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Vermcure 6mg/400mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Inform your doctor if you develop signs of jaundice like yellowing of eyes and skin, itching, and clay colored stools while taking this medicine.
