Octamol D Oral Suspension contains two medicines: Domperidone and Paracetamol. Domperidone is an antiemetic that works on the vomiting center in the brain. - Kidney : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Octamol D Oral Suspension is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Octamol D Oral Suspension is recommended. However, dose adjustments may be required in severe kidney disease. Please consult with your child's doctor before giving the medicine to your child. - Liver : CAUTION - Octamol D Oral Suspension should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Octamol D Oral Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor. However, the use of Octamol D Oral Suspension is not recommended in children with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
