No dose adjustments required in kidney disease. - Liver : CAUTION - Alzea 200mg Oral Suspension should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Alzea 200mg Oral Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Alzea 200mg Oral Suspension may cause elevated levels of enzymes in the liver. Monitoring of liver function tests (LFT) and complete blood count (CBC) is recommended while your child is taking this medicine.
