Sudin Kid Syrup is used to treat cough. It thins, loosens and decreases the stickiness of mucus (phlegm) in the nose, windpipe and lungs, making it easier to cough out. It also narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Take it in the dose and duration advised by the doctor. In case you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. But, never take a double dose to make up for the missed one. If you have suffered or are currently suffering from any stomach, liver or kidney disease, inform your doctor before you start taking this medicine. It can cause some side effects like rash, nausea, irritation in ear, indigestion, diarrhea, and headache. Consult your doctor if your symptoms worsen or are accompanied by high fever or persistent headache. You may also experience dizziness after taking it, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus.
